Where did you grow up? 

North Potomac, MD

 How do you stay fit?

I run any distance from 1 mile to the marathon, and run every day unless I need a day off. 

I also road bike and do pool running for cross training.  I strength train once a week.

 What's one goal you're working toward making a reality?

I am aiming to qualify for the 2020 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials.

 Favorite shoe to cover the miles in?

 Saucony Kinvara if I had to choose but there are a lot others.

I am an assistant track coach at Montgomery College.
