Joel, you were so cute as a young tot! What happened? Just kidding!!

Where did you grow up?
In Prince George's County (born) and raised, on the playground was where I spent most of my days. That's not entirely true. I was just raised in Prince George's County -- that's where I got my "street cred."

How do you stay fit?
I stay fit by twerking running, and lifting moderate amounts of weight. I do so to maintain my optimal playing weight of 140lbs. of pulsating Polynesian muscle.

What's one goal you're working toward making a reality?
Run another marathon -- preferably New York City.

Favorite shoe to cover the miles in?
adidas Energy Boost (with Green SuperFeet, of course!)

Something interesting about Joel that you may not know:
"The Catcher in the Rye" by J.D. Salinger is my most favorit(est) book. I read it as a sophomore at DeMatha Catholic High School, which is the best high school In fact, I wanted to name my son "Holden" after its protagonist, Holden Caulfield. My wife felt otherwise. We eventually settled on "Alexander." That's okay; my son looks more like an Alex than a Holden.
