This low key event is free to MCRRC members and $5 for non members. Rock Creek Valley School 5121 Russett Road, Rockville, MD No Boundaries 5K Training Program Start: 6:30 pm End: 7:30 pm Fleet Feet is offering a No Boundaries 12-week training program for beginners hoping to run or walk their first 5K. Participants will receive: Advice from experienced runners Weekly group training runs Information sessions on proper running form, hydration, nutrition, etc. The targer race is the Cure Autism Now 5K on July 4, 2008.
