No Boundaries 5K Training Program

Fleet Feet is offering a No Boundaries 12-week training program for beginners hoping to run or walk their first 5K.
Participants will receive:
- Advice from experienced runners
- Weekly group training runs
- Information sessions on proper running form, hydration, nutrition, etc.
The targer race is the Cure Autism Now 5K on July 4, 2008.
