FIRST TIME Marathon And HALF-MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAM
Have you always wanted to complete a Marathon or half-marathon but didn’t know how to do it? Let Fleet Feet Sports, Gaithersburg help you meet your goal! We are starting a 12 week Marathon and Half-Marathon Training Program that will be fun and challenge both your mind and body. You should have a 4-5 mile base and maintain a 12 minute per mile pace.
THE TARGET RACE IS THE FREDERICK MARATHON AND HALF MARATHON, MAY 4, 2008
Participants in the Program will receive:
Complete training program with daily workouts
Bi-Weekly Coached group runs: tuesday at 6:30pm (speed workout) and Saturday at 7:00am (long run), both starting and ending at Fleet Feet Sports
Optional group runs on Thursdays at 6:30pm at the store
And lots of other stuff!!
