4 Ways To Eat Healthier

1. Focus on Whole Foods:
Focus on eating whole foods means eating foods in most pure form. Whether that is a piece of chicken and quinoa, or asparagus and salmon. The more pure it is, without additives is essential to your healthier lifestyle. Eating foods that do not contain preservatives will always be your go-to no matter. You want to eliminate artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, sweeteners, and hydrogenated fats. Also, make sure you are shopping around the perimeter of the store. 

2. Eat Plant Strong:
Plants are full of nutrients, including proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, antioxidants, etc.  Beans and legumes are an excellent source of protein.  

3. Choose Healthy Fats:
Fat is essential to your diet. However, just like carbohydrates, there are good and bad fats. Healthy fats come nuts, seeds, and avocados. Minimize the amount of extracted oils (canola oil) you use and stay away from processed fats like margarine.  

4. Consider Nutrient Density:
