THREE AWESOME TRAINING PROGRAM OPTIONS TO PREPARE FOR A 10K!

Ready to tackle the 10K distance? We have three great options to have you prepared to run or walk or run/walk 6.2 miles. Our awesome coaches and mentors will keep you moving, motivated and on track to achieving your goals.

 

10K TRAINING PROGRAM OPTIONS:

10K WALKFIT

WalkFIT 10K focuses on increasing core strength, speed and distance. Weeks alternate between building speed/endurance and increasing distance to 6.5 miles at a 16 min/mile pace. Goal race is a 10K!

10K WALK/RUN INTERVAL TRAINING

This run/walk interval program focuses on speed/distance by using a consistent run/walk methodology. Participants develop a run/walk pattern and train to complete a 10K using that pattern. A great program for those coming off of injuries or who have been away from running and want to try a new approach.

10K BEYOND BOUNDARIES RUN TRAINING

This program is designed to improve your endurance and distance, preparing you for the 10K. The program provides variety and intensity at a gradual pace to maximize benefits.
