If you're serious about training for and completing a ten miler, half marathon or both, join the area's premier training program. Our trained coaches offer the support and motivation you need to reach your goals.

PROGRAM FORMAT
Each Session Includes:

- Weekly organized and coached runs
- Professionally developed daily training schedule
- Various pace group options
- Weekly educational/special guest discussions
- Coach led dynamic warm-up and cool down

*REQUIREMENTS: Can currently run 6 miles at a Maintain a 12:30/mile pace. Paces slower than a 12:30/mile pace will do an interval (run/walk) method.
