Now with Free Yoga on Tuesday nights before Homework run:
Spend ½ an hour before your run doing some yoga and meditative practices geared to runners to improve balance, flexibility and strength. We will focus on not only different yoga asanas (poses) but also learn different breathing techniques.
Taught by Alex Stavitsky-Zeineddin, owner of Z Yoga, 200 RYT Yoga Alliance certified instructor, who has completed 3 marathons and has loved running since her teens.
