A weekly program designed for runners who can run 3-4 miles continuously and are interested in improving their stride and building running strength. Form, stride, strength and speed are all key components of this program.

 
PROGRAM FORMAT
Each Session Includes:

- Weekly organized and coached run
- Professionally developed daily training schedule
- Various pace group options
- Meet with Thomas Stott, PTA CPT of Sports Performance Institute
- Coach led dynamic warm-up and cool down

*REQUIREMENTS: Can run 3-4 miles continuously

Race Fee Not Included

Summer 2016:  April 25th - June 13th

This program is not designed for a specific goal race.
