TRAIN TO WALK 6.2 MILES!

WalkFIT 10K focuses on increasing core strength, speed and distance. Weeks alternate between building speed/endurance and increasing distance to fitness walking 6.5 miles at a 16 min/mile pace. Goal race is a 10K!

PROGRAM FORMAT
Each Session Includes:

- Weekly organized and coached fitness walks
- Professionally developed daily training schedule
- Various pace group options
- Weekly educational/special guest discussions
- Coach led dynamic warm-up and cool down

*REQUIREMENTS: Already fitness walking 3+ miles.
