PROGRAM FORMAT
Each Session Includes:

- Weekly organized and coached fitness walks
- Professionally developed daily training schedule
- Various pace group options
- Weekly educational/special guest discussions
- Coach led dynamic warm-up and cool down

*REQUIREMENTS: Already successfully completed WalkFIT 1 or already fitness walking 2+ miles.

Spring: Jeremy's Run 5K/10K - May 28
