1/2 Marathon Training Program: Summer 2014 by Brooks

Join us to train for your first half marathon!   Join runners that are at your level and are looking for a great group of people to train with.  All you need is to be able to run 6 miles comfortably and this is the program for you!

The half marathon program is offered twice a year.  Train over the winter for a great spring half marathon or over the summer for a fall half marathon.

Summer/Fall Half Marathon Training Details: 
September 13th, 2014
GOAL RACE: Navy/Air Force Half or Any Fall Half 
TRAINING DATES: June 28th - September 10th
TRAINING DAYS: Wednesdays 6:30PM and Saturdays TBD

All Training Programs include: 
  • Training plan and qualified coaching with twice a week group training sessions
  • Weekly hand outs and support emails
  • Tech Tee
  • Support throughout our event from our National Event Sponsors
  • Educational Speaker Series
  • Finisher medal at your goal race!
  • Only $120* 
Program Requirements: Must be able to run 6 miles at a 12:30 per mile pace.
