HALF MARATHON TRAINING: BROOKS

Join us to train for your first half marathon!   Join runners that are at your level and are looking for a great group of people to train with.  All you need is to be able to run 6 miles comfortably and this is the program for you!

The half marathon program is offered twice a year.  Train over the winter for a great spring half marathon or over the summer for a fall half marathon.

Winter/Spring Half Marathon Training Details: 
RACE DATE: 
March 14th, 2015
GOAL RACE: Rock-n-Roll DC Half or any spring half
TRAINING DATES: January 3rd - March 11th
TRAINING DAYS: Wednesdays 6:30PM and Saturdays TBD

Summer/Fall Half Marathon Training Details:
RACE DATE: September 13th
GOAL RACE: Parks Half Marathon
TRAINING DATES: June 24th - September 9th
TRAINING DAYS: Wednesdays 6:30PM and Saturdays TBD

All Training Programs include: 
  • Training plan and qualified coaching with twice a week group training sessions

  • Only $120* 
Program Requirements: Must be able to run 6 miles. Pace groups up to 12:30 min/mile; 13:30+ self-supported group (3 people minimum req.)

*Race entry fee not included. We encourage you to register early (as soon as possible) for the race as it fills up quickly!
