1/2 Marathon Training Programs

Join us to train for your first 1/2 marathon.  Join runners that are at your level and are looking for a great group of people to train with.  All you need is to be able to run 6 miles comfortably and this is the program for you.

Starting January 2012, we will offer the Rock-n-Roll DC training group by Fleet Feet Sports, Gaithersburg and Brooks  to train for the brand new Rock and Roll USA in our own Washington, DC on March 17, 2012.

Thr 1/2 marathon program is offered twice a year.  Train for a great Spring 1/2 marathon or a Fall 1/2 marathon.
