Take your training to the next level!
The Beyond Boundaries 10-week 10K training program is geared toward runners who can currently run 3 miles, but are looking to take it up a notch. We progress very gradually, by adding just a 1/2 mile each week. Beyond Boundaries 10k training is offered each season, Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
The 10K Tune-Up program is a 4-week program geared toward runners who have already run a 10K, who want to take advantage of our terrific coaching resources to be able to run it faster, with more endurance, or without stopping to walk. The Tune-up is offered in the Spring and is perfect for our Winter Warriors 10K participants who want to maintain a training schedule with their 10K coaches.
The 2013 10K training schedule for both programs is:
- Training plan and qualified coaching with weekly group training sessions
- Weekly hand outs and support emails from expert coaches
- Great speaker schedule
- Tech Tee
- Finisher medal at your goal race!
- Only $105 for the 10-week program, and $50 for the Tune-up!
