BEYOND BOUNDARIES 10K TRAINING

Take your training to the next level! 

The Beyond Boundaries 10-week 10K training program is geared toward runners who can currently run 3 miles, but are looking to take it up a notch.  We progress very gradually, by adding just a 1/2 mile each week. 

The Beyond Boundaries 10-week RUN/WALK Interval 10K training program is geared toward runners who can currently run/walk 3 miles, but are looking to increase their speed and mileage using the run/walk methodology.  Run/Walk focuses on speed/distance by using a consistent run/walk methodology. Participants will develop a run/walk pattern and train to complete a 10K using that pattern.

Beyond Boundaries 10K training is offered each season, Spring, Fall and Winter.
