Bridge the Gap: Half Marathon + Army 10-Miler Training Program

We have a couple great options for those preparing for a fall half marathon who also are looking to stick with their training and run the Army 10-Miler in October (or other similar race/timeframe). Our Summer/Fall Half Marathon Program begins in June and will prepare you for a fall half marathon - specifically Parks Half Marathon on September 13th. Following the completion of Parks Half we will coordinate a Army 10-Miler Bridge Program. This 4-week program will keep you in shape and ready to take on the October 10-mile race.

HALF GOAL RACE DATE:
Parks Half Marathon - September 13th
ARMY START DATE:

10 MILE GOAL RACE DATE:
Army 10 Miler - October 11th
TRAINING DAYS: Wednesdays 6:30PM and Saturdays 8:00AM
ARMY BRIDGE ONLY: $50
HALF/ARMY BRIDGE COMBO PROGRAM: $150

Program Requirements: Must be able to run 6 miles. Pace groups up to 12:30 min/mile; 13:30+ self-supported group (3 people minimum req.)
