Join us to train for your first or 50th full marathon! Join runners that are at your level and are looking for a great group of people to train with.
This 18 week program will target the Myrtle Beach Marathon on March 5th, 2016 and/or the Rock-N-Roll DC Marathon on March 12th, 2016.
Winter 2016 | PROGRAM DETAILS
TRAINING DATES: November 4th, 2015 - March 2nd or 9th
RACE DATE: Myrtle Beach - March 5th, 2016 or Rock-n-Roll DC - March 12th, 2016 (or any other spring half)
TRAINING DAYS: Wednesdays 6:30PM and Saturdays TBD
PRE REQS: 8 mile base; 12:30 pace/mile
