NO BOUNDARIES 5K TRAINING: LEVELS I & II

 

No Boundaries 5K Level I:
Give your couch separation anxiety! 

This 10-week 5K training program is geared toward beginning runners and progresses at a slow, non-intimidating pace to prepare you for a 5K. If you are currently walking and new to running this is the perfect training atmosphere to get you moving & across that finish line in 10-weeks!

We offer both morning AND evening training program options!! 

WINTER 2016 | NOBO I - DETAILS
PROGRAM DATES:
January 6th - March 2nd (AM)  - or -  January 4th - February 29th (PM)
GOAL RACE: St. Patrick's DC 5K
 - March 6th
TRAINING DATE:
Mondays 6:30PM OR Wednesdays 10AM

This 10-week 5K training program is geared towards those who have already crossed the finish line at a few 5K's and are ready to advance their training and work on speed.
